Are you a foreigner? Do you need help?

You can use our free help in the following matters:

  • dealing with everyday struggles,
  • psychological consultation and psychotherapy,
  • finding accommodation and job search,
  • contacting Polish governmental institutions and filling formal applications,
  • contacting health care service,
  • contacting schools and kindergartens,
  • support for people who were subjected to discrimination, trauma, violence, or hate speech,
  • assistance for people in crisis and critical situations,
  • free of charge Polish language courses.

Help Center for Foreigners in Warsaw

Help Center for Foreigners works from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. We work remotely (via e-mail and mobile) and in the office (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY).
To make an appointment for on-line consultation or for consultation in the office please write to [email protected] or call us on: 22 828 04 50.  We reserve appointments a week in advance.

Consultations at the Foundation’s office:

  • Only clients who have reserved appointments for consultation are allowed into the office. You are not allowed to enter the office if you are not wearing a mask (mouth and nose covered), and after entry, you must disinfect your hands.
  • For a consultation, only ONE person is allowed to enter.
  • We reserve no longer than 1 hour per consultation.
  • Clients who will be more than 20 minutes late will not be allowed into the office – please respect our time and that of other clients.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or deny providing consultations to clients who do not comply with the rules implemented at our office.
