Get it done: Changes in applying for the child benefit 500+

On January 1, 2022, changes in applying for 500+ have come into force. Changes concern  the method of submitting the application. However, the conditions for granting the benefit remained unchanged.

The call for applications for the next benefit period started on February 1. The application can only be submitted online, on the ZUS PUE platform, Emp@tia or via electronic banking. In one of our articles, you will find instructions on how to complete such an application.

It is possible to fill in the application for the child benefit in each ZUS branch with the assistance of an official, on a computer provided on site. In addition, it is planned to open up to 7,500 application points at post offices and several hundred at KRUS branches – the necessary equipment will be available there.
